Facebook is blocked by my work?

Can anyone help me get around this? If you do I'll be the legend of my office!!!!!

Same applies for orkut and YouTube  too.

we dont know why they are blocking these social networks

any how we  are taking these things through 

atunnel,kproxyetc........but these are also not working properly 

what will we do..................
