Today was a good day for me and sliding, I had not slid since I fractured my elbow about 2 months ago and this injury prevented me from putting weight onto my left arm, After some time of physical therapy I tried doing a push up and it really hurt so I kind of gave up for a while, but today I tried sliding on a small close by hill and in no time I realized I could still do heelside and toeside pendys and 360's, but I am still nowhere close to my abilities before the injury,I am just happy I can do these slides right now, I will keep practicing and hopefully I;ll be back to normal soon!!
